In most cases, if there is a technical difficulty in downloading one of our products, we will make every effort to assist and rectify the situation. If we cannot do so within a 72 hour timeframe, we will refund your payment.
Please make sure your high-speed Internet connection works and that your network equipment and computer are functional before attempting to access webinars, events or other paid media.
Any other circumstance not described above is not eligible for a refund. All purchases are final. We reserve the right to review any and all cases as well as their outcome at our discretion.
